On June 8th, 2017, UCF Blood Drives joined LGBTQ+ Services and the Office of Social Justice and Advocacy in the Pulse remembrance activities for our campus by hosting a 12-bus blood drive that collected 217 donations.

2017 Pulse Response Campus Challenge!


The blood drive was made even MORE successful by a challenge to the university, which engaged 32 department and organizations and brought 59 donors who signed in for the challenge.  Special thanks to the Office of the President for initiating the challenge to Millican Hall, which then spread to other areas! Here are the results:

2016 Pulse Response Support

From June 13 to June 26, UCF Blood Drives hosted 10 drives in direct response to the Pulse tragedy. The finale blood drive included 13 blood buses and resulted in 214 donations and 74 bone marrow registrations.
