A&F Communications Request Form
The Administration & Finance (A&F) Communications team coordinates and facilitates the distribution of division mass announcements/communications via this request form. This includes the following:
- A&F Teams Announcements
- A&F Website News Posts
- Campus Emails
- UCF Calendar Event Postings
- UCF Today Announcement Postings
- Workday Announcements & Workday News Blog Posts
All announcement/communication requests are subject to verification and copyediting review. The A&F Communications team follows general guidelines on style, consistency, spelling, and terminology as set forth in the UCF Brand & Style guide in accordance with the published Associated Press Stylebook.
Campus events and meeting notices, newsletters, and messages on behalf of non-university entities are not eligible for distribution.
Please allow 48 hours to process a request. Estimated publication date is dependent on the communication type. The announcement/communication requestor will receive an email confirmation and anticipated publication date.
